All clients are supported via our WCGEvo Europe Community, ensuring streamlined, organized, and scalable access to support.

AI Tools & Executive Assistant


WCGEvo integrates multiple powerful AI tools to elevate your business performance. These tools include the AI Executive Assistant, Voice AI, Content AI, Reviews AI, and Workflow AI Assistant. All support and training resources for these tools are made available exclusively through the WCGEvo Europe Community. Inside the community, you will find chatbot-guided instructions, video tutorials, and detailed use-case support that empower you to make the most of your AI suite.

Phone & VoIP System


Our integrated VoIP system is a secure, scalable solution for businesses seeking seamless communication. This includes call routing, voicemail transcription, and SIP compatibility. Our infrastructure ensures GDPR-compliant communication across borders. We also integrate this system with our Voice AI, enabling automated interactions. Support, configuration tips, and updates for VoIP are exclusively available within the WCGEvo Europe Community.

Platform Security & Compliance


WCGEvo meets the highest standards of digital compliance. We employ secure encryption protocols, GDPR-compliant data processing, HIPAA-aligned procedures where applicable, and robust server infrastructure with redundancy, backups, and role-based permissions. WCGEvommunity Europe


The WCGEvommunity Europe is the heart of our support and knowledge ecosystem. All paying clients gain complimentary access, with structured channels for every feature in the platform. Whether you're setting up your first CRM or configuring your Voice AI agent, the community includes 24/7 chatbot help, guided walkthroughs, update alerts, and admin-supported discussions. Priority Support Option


For clients who require deeper involvement and one-on-one support, WCGEvo offers a Priority Support option. This includes personalised assistance, real-time walkthroughs, and collaborative sessions with our senior team. Affiliate Program


Our Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn recurring commissions by referring new clients to WCGEvo. As an affiliate, you gain access to marketing materials and community training to help you grow your network. While not all details are public, interested parties are encouraged to reach out to our team to begin the affiliate process and receive onboarding support.

What’s included in the onboarding process?

The onboarding process is mandatory and begins with the €199 Basic Plan, which includes all foundational setup tasks. If you choose the €1,000 Advanced Plan, our team will also complete your full branding setup, email templates, and advanced configurations. Setup time varies depending on client readiness but typically spans several days with your input.

Can I use my logo and branding?

Yes—full white labelling (logo, dashboard, domain) is available only with the €998/month AI All-Inclusive + White Label plan. Branding is not included in the lower tiers.

Are there contracts or cancellation terms?

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Changes or cancellations take effect in the next billing cycle. VAT is excluded from all prices.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, upgrades or downgrades are possible at any time. Changes will apply from the next billing cycle. Please contact our team with any questions regarding billing shifts.

What are the main differences between Platform-Only and AI Plans?

Platform-Only (€299/month) includes all CRM, automation, calendar, VoIP, and funnel tools but no AI features. AI Pay-As-You-Go and All-Inclusive Plans add chatbot capabilities, AI assistants, and additional automation tools.

What’s the difference between each pricing tier?

The €299 plan is Platform-Only. €598 includes AI tools (Pay-As-You-Go). €998

unlocks everything, including AI, full white-label branding, and advanced

customisation.

What does the WCGEvommunity include?

The community is free for paying clients and € 25/month for affiliates. It includes platform training, updates, video tutorials, an intelligent chatbot, and peer-based support.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. No debit orders or instalment payments are currently supported. Full payment is processed at the start of each month.

Can I resell the system or give staff access?

Reselling is possible with approval; please get in touch with our team. Clients may request to add staff or team users; extra fees apply depending on access level and scope.

Can my team also get access or support?

Client accounts are single-license by default. If you wish to onboard multiple team members or staff with additional support roles, please contact us. Fees may apply depending on the scope of access required.
