Once configured, you’ll be able to:

Important Notes:

  • WhatsApp integration is not included in either setup fee (Basic or Advanced)

  • This is a separate paid service managed by Meta (Facebook)

  • All usage charges are billed directly by Meta and not by WCGEvo

  • An active WhatsApp Business number and pre-approved templates are required

  • WCGEvo only facilitates the setup; clients are responsible for Meta billing compliance

What’s included in the onboarding process?

Our €199 Basic setup includes account configuration and guided assistance. The € 1,000 Advanced option includes branding, email templates, full customisation, and priority processing.

Can I use my logo and branding?

Yes—full white labelling (logo, dashboard, domain) is available only with the €998/month AI All-Inclusive + White Label plan. Branding is not included in the lower tiers.

Are there contracts or cancellation terms?

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Changes or cancellations take effect in the next billing cycle. VAT is excluded from all prices.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, upgrades or downgrades are possible at any time. Changes will apply from the next billing cycle. Please contact our team with any questions regarding billing shifts.

What’s the difference between each pricing tier?

The €299 plan is Platform-Only. €598 includes AI tools (Pay-As-You-Go). €998

unlocks everything, including AI, full white-label branding, and advanced

customisation.

What does the WCGEvommunity include?

The community is free for paying clients and € 25/month for affiliates. It includes platform training, updates, video tutorials, an intelligent chatbot, and peer-based support.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. No debit orders or instalment payments are currently supported. Full payment is processed at the start of each month.

Can I resell the system or give staff access?

Reselling is possible with approval; please get in touch with our team. Clients may request to add staff or team users; extra fees apply depending on access level and scope.
